I have been teaching circuit and boot camp classes for a number of years. Have you always wanted to know how to run properly but don’t like the idea of joining the kids at the local club? I'm looking to introduce group adult running sessions very soon. These will take place at the Lee Valley Athletics Centre one evening a week for 4-6 weeks.
