I now enjoy passing knowledge on to other athletes after my years of experience competing for Great Britain in the Pentathlon and Heptathlon. I have worked with clients from 6 to 60+ years of age and from local club to international level.

Group Sessions


I have been teaching circuit and boot camp classes for a number of years. If you are the sort of person that enjoys the moral support of a group setting, whether you would like to join a pre-arranged class or set up a group session of your own with some friends or colleagues get in touch and we can work together to see what will work best for you.

Adult Running Class


Have you always wanted to know how to run properly but don’t like the idea of joining the kids at the local club?

I'm looking to introduce group adult running sessions very soon. These will take place at the Lee Valley Athletics Centre one evening a week for 4-6 weeks. If you are interested then please let me know so I can ascertain your preferences and update you about the first course.
