One to One training

Whether your goal is weight-loss, confidence building, to improve health or get back to sport, one to one means the sessions are tailored to your needs. 


Training can be virtual or in person and be tailored to include weights,  bodyweight circuits, mobility or personalised rehab to suit your goals and preferences.

Football conditioning - Group Sessions

It has now long been recognised that footballers benefit from speed, agility, power and conditioning training based on athletic movements. Also, being team players they generally train better in small groups, enough to push one another and gain a competitive edge but small enough to gain 1-2-1 feedback and attention ensuring progress.


Send us your player's name, age, playing experience and current weekly training and we will see if we can find a group appropriate for them.

Our coaches have all been athletes themselves and now enjoy passing on their knowledge to help others achieve their goals. With experience coaching children as young as 6 up to masters who are 60+ in athletics events such as hurdles, sprints or shot putt to other sports such as footballers wanting to progress their speed and agility.

We have been teaching circuit and boot camp classes for a number of years. If you are the sort of person that enjoys the moral support of a group setting, whether you would like to join a pre-arranged class or set up a group session of your own with some friends or colleagues get in touch and we can work together to see what will work best for you.
